Company Variable 7: Automatically Insert Email Address in CC: Field Upon Creating Invoice Email Both From Invoice Management and From Job Book

Use this Company Variable to instruct WorkBook to insert an email address in the CC: field when creating the invoice email.

When you enter an email address for this Company Variable, WorkBook automatically inserts that email address in the CC: field when you create an invoice email, both from Invoice Management and from the Job Book. This is useful when you want to inform specific WorkBook users about the status of job invoices.

The default value is None (blank).

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying Company Variable values.
