Add New Location Combinations

Use the Mileage Locations submodule to add new location combinations.

To use the Mileage Locations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new location combination:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new location combination.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Mileage Locations.
4. Click the Location Combinations tab and click Insert row .
5. In the Add Location dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the applicable locations, identify the unit of distance, and enter the distance between the two locations that you selected.
6. Click OK.
7. You can edit the Default km, Default miles, and Duration fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
