Add New Communication Log Entries Using the Debtor Information Card

Use the Debtor information card under the Debtor list submodule to add new communication log entries.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new communication log entry using the debtor information card:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company to which you want to add new communication log entries using the debtor information card.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor that you want to add a communication log entry for.
  5. Click .
  6. Click the Communication log tab and click Add new row .
  7. You can edit the Employee and Invoice no. fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
  8. If you want close the debtor information card, click again.
