Pipeline Activity Types

Use Pipeline Activity Types under Settings to configure activity types. In WorkBook, activity types help you filter screens, making it easier for you to find the data that you need. You can create and remove pipeline activity types and assign activity categories to each activity type. You can also create and remove pipeline activity categories in Settings > CRM Setup > Pipeline Activity Categories.

To use the Pipeline Activity Types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can use pipeline activity categories in CRM > All Activities > Prospect Card > Activities and in CRM > All Activities > Pipeline Card > Pipeline Resource Activities.
