Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view or modify the login and company-access settings for employees in
Resources. These settings include the LDAP options, domain login name, and password.
Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.
To view or update an employee's login settings:

On the main toolbar, click
Resources
.

On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon
, select
Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the employee whose login settings you want to view or modify by completing any of the following actions:
- In the
Search in Grid field, enter the name of the employee, then select it from the grid.
- Click the
Filter field next to the
Search in Grid field, select
Employees as your filter, and select the employee from the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click
Resource Information
/ to display the employee card.

On the side toolbar of the employee card, click
.

Update the employee's login and company-access settings as needed.

To reset the employee's password, click
Reset Password and Email It to the User.
