Use the Project Settings option under the Jobs List submodule to show project conversations in your inbox.
To use Jobs List, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To show a project conversation in your inbox:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

In the left pane, click
Jobs List.

Highlight the job that is associated with the project conversation that you want to show in your inbox.

Click
Further Options
and select
View Project Settings.

In the Project Settings dialog box, click the Project Conversation tab.
WorkBook displays the project conversation threads in the left pane and the comments on the selected conversation in the right pane.

In the left pane, highlight the project whose conversation you want to show in your inbox.

Click
Show the Conversation Options
and select
Show in Inbox.
Note: If you are in the conversation, you have access to it in your inbox.
