Enable Automatic Creation of Journal Entries
Use Journal Types in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to enable the automatic creation of journal entries for the selected journal types.
To use Journal Types in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable the automatic creation of journal entries for a journal type:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the journal type for which you want to enable the automatic creation of journal entries.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Click the Journal Types tab.
- Highlight the journal type for which you want to enable the automatic creation of journal entries, and select the Automatic check box.
