Allow All Employees Access to Jobs in All Companies

Use the Employee Cross-company Access submodule to allow all employees access to jobs in all companies.

To use the Employee Cross-company Access submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To allow all employees access to jobs in all companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company whose employees you want to allow access to jobs in all companies.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Cross-company Access.
4. On the grid toolbar, click and select Allow all employees access to jobs in all companies.
