Resources Under Preparation
Use Resources Under Preparation in the Administrative Follow-Up submodule in the Finance & Administration module to view and manage resources that are under preparation.
To use Resources Under Preparation, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
Resource Under Preparation provides a list of all of the resources that have been created within your WorkBook Company that are under preparation.
Resource Under Preparation provides one main grid and two sidebars.
- Approve a resource record
- Reject a resource record
Note: Only entries that have the status 20 (Awaiting Approval) can be rejected.
- Force-approve a resource record
You can use the filter buttons on the toolbar to display the entries by approval status, or use the Search field to find specific resource records based on the keywords that you enter.
