Enable Employees to Access Client Employees

Use the Job Creation submodule to enable access to employees of companies.

To use the Job Creation submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable access to employees of a company:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the employees that you want to enable access to.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Job Creation.
  4. In the middle pane, highlight the company with the client that you want to enable access to the employees of.
  5. In the right pane, highlight the client that you want to enable access to the employees of and select the Access to employees in this company check box.
