Posting Search

Posting Search in the General Ledger submodule in the Finance & Administration module enables you to search for transactions by description, voucher date range, or posting date range. The Search field enables you to search with selected lines highlighted if you set this up under My Settings.

Posting Search provides information that is related to any journal in the general ledger, such as the creditor/debtor name, voucher type, voucher date, posting date, transaction currency, and the account to which the journal entry was posted.

To use Posting Search, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
