Enable Active Status of Time Entry Approver Roles

Use the Time Entry Approval submodule to enable the active status of time entry approver roles.

To use the Time Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a time entry approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the time entry approver role that you want to enable the active status of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Time Entry Approval.
  4. Highlight the time entry approver role that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
