Update Debtor Information

Use the Debtor Information Card under the Debtor List submodule to update debtor information.

To use Debtor List in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To update debtor information:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the debtor whose information you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Debtor List.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor whose information you want to update.
  5. Click .
  6. Click the Debtor Information tab and update the debtor's information as appropriate.
  7. To close the debtor information card, click again.
