Update Debtor Information

Use the Debtor information card under the Debtor list submodule to update debtor information.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update debtor information:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor whose information you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor whose information you want to update.
  5. Click .
  6. Click the Debtor information tab and update the debtor's information as necessary.
  7. If you want close the debtor information card, click again.
