Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use Pipeline Lost Reasons under Settings to manage your list of lost reasons. In WorkBook, this helps you track the reasons that you lost a business opportunity or pipeline, which in turn can help you find areas for improvement. You can add and delete lost reasons, as needed.

To use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can use pipeline lost reasons in CRM > Pipelines > Pipeline Card > Pipeline Lost Information.
