Ticket Quick Create

Use Ticket Quick Create under Settings to configure quick ticket templates. You can add and delete quick ticket templates. You can also upload, edit, and download the briefing of selected quick ticket templates.

To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can submit quick tickets in Add Entry > Ticket (quick) or press CTRL + ALT + Q.
