Add New Comments with Attached Files to Debtor Conversations

Use the Debtor conversation tab under the Debtor list submodule to add new comments with attached files to conversations with selected debtors.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new comment with attached files to a debtor conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to attach files to debtor conversation comments.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor with the conversation that you want to add a comment with an attachment to.
  5. Click the Debtor conversation tab and enter your comment in the Type a comment or drag files here field.
  6. Click Attach files to your comment > Add attachment and locate and open the file you want to attach.
    Alternatively, drag the file you want to attach on the Type a comment or drag files here field.
  7. Click Publish or Private.
    WorkBook displays the new comment at the bottom of the list of comments.
