Approve Expenditure Adjustments of Debtor Invoices

Use the Show expenditure amounts option under the Debtor invoices submodule to approve an expenditure adjustment of selected debtor invoices.

To use the Debtor Invoices submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To approve an expenditure adjustment of a debtor invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor invoice expenditure adjustment that you want to approve.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor invoices.
  4. Highlight the invoice with an expenditure adjustment that you want to approve and click Show expenditure amounts .
    Note: This action is available on the Approved tab and the Jobs ready for invoicing tab.
  5. In the Show expenditure amounts sub-grid, click the Adjustments tab.
  6. Highlight the expenditure adjustment that you want to approve and click Approve Adjustment .
