Add New Users to Debtor Conversations

Use the Debtor conversation tab under the Debtor list submodule to add a new user to conversations with selected debtors.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new user to a debtor conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing debtor conversations that you want to add new users to.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor with the conversation that you want to add a new user to.
  5. Click the Debtor conversation tab.
  6. Click Show the conversation options and select Add user to conversation.
    Alternatively, below the Type a comment or drag files here field, click Add users to the conversation .
  7. In the Add users dialog box, select New user as a source and enter or select the applicable parent resource, contact name, contact email, and contact image from the corresponding drop-down lists.
  8. Click Create user.
    WorkBook displays the added new user as a New user at the bottom of the dialog box.
  9. Click Confirm.
