Create Details for List Attributes

Use the Attributes submodule to create details for list attributes.

To use the Attributes submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a detail for a list attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a list attribute detail.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  4. Highlight the list attribute that you want to create a detail for and on the grid toolbar, click .
  5. On the toolbar of the Detail pane, click Add new row .
  6. You can edit the Detail Number and Detail Name fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
