Agent Setup

Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to determine which agents run and how often. In WorkBook, an agent performs tasks in the background and then sends a notification or email message to a specified person. You can add, delete, run, and edit the parameters of agents. You can also add, delete, and enable schedules of selected agents.

To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Agent Setup provides tabs:

• Scheduling: Enables you to add, edit, and delete schedules for the selected agent.
• Parameters: Enables you to set and edit the parameters of the selected agent.
