Agent Setup

Use Agent Setup under Settings to determine which agents will run and how often. In WorkBook, an agent performs tasks in the background and then sends a notification or email message to an identified person. You can add, delete, run, and edit the parameters of agents. You can also add, delete, and enable schedules of selected agents.

To use the Agent Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

  • Scheduling: On this tab, you can add, edit, and delete schedules for the selected agent.
  • Parameters: On this tab, you can set and edit the parameters of the selected agent.
