Deny All Employees Access to Jobs in Companies Other Than Their Own

Use the Employee Cross-company Access submodule to deny all employees access to jobs in companies other than their own.

To use the Employee Cross-company Access submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To deny all employees access to jobs in other companies other than their own:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company whose employees you want to deny access to jobs in all companies except their own.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Cross-company Access.
4. On the grid toolbar, click and select Deny all employees access to jobs in other companies other than their own.
