Personal Expense Approval

Use Personal Expense Approval under Tasks to view the list of personal expense records that you need to approve. It enables you to approve and reject personal expense records. Using the Details sidebar, you can also upload, delete, and download expense receipts, add and delete approvers, and manage and respond to personal expense-related conversations.

To use the Personal Expense Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

  • Details: This tab displays the details of the selected personal expense entry. It lets you approve and reject personal expenses.
  • Receipt: This tab displays the receipt of the selected personal expense. It lets you upload, delete, and download receipts.
  • Approvers: This tab displays the list of approvers of the selected personal expense. It lets you add and delete approvers.
  • Conversation: This tab displays and lets you manage and respond to the conversation of the selected personal expense.
