Change Values of Voucher Sequences

Use Voucher Sequences in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to change the values of voucher sequences.

To use Voucher Sequences in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To change the values of a voucher sequence:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the voucher sequence values that you want to change.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Voucher Sequences.
4. Highlight the voucher sequence whose values you want to change, and on the grid toolbar, click Change Value .
5. In the Settings Finance Sequence Data Dialog dialog box, make the appropriate changes to the values and click OK.
