Update Approval Status of Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to update the approval status of selected job price quotes.

To use Price, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To update the approval status of a job price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote whose approval status you want to update.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote whose approval status you want to update.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote whose approval status you want to update.
5. Click and select the applicable status for the price quote.
   WorkBook changes the label and color of , depending on the price quote's current approval status.
