Client Groups

Use Client Groups under Settings to configure the client group dimension. You can create and delete client groups and apply them as a dimension value on all jobs. You can also identify and update the client group where specific clients are included.

To use the Client Groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can use client groups in several submodules within WorkBook such as Jobs > Settings > Job Dimension Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

  • Groups Setup: On this tab you can create and delete client groups. You can also apply the client groups as a dimension value on all jobs.
  • Clients: On this tab you can identify and update the client group where specific clients are included.
    Note: A client can only be in one client group at a time.
