Use the procedures in this section to add jobs or tasks to time sheets, approve entries, add task options, and copy time sheets from a previous week to the current week.

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add jobs and tasks to your or to other employees' time sheets for time entry in Cost Entry. - Add Tasks Options for Time Entry
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you have several options to choose from when adding tasks to your time sheet in Time Sheet. - Approve or Revoke Time Sheet Entries
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can approve employee time entries or revoke approved hours if you need to modify them in Cost Entry. You can also approve or revoke your own time entries. - Copy Time Sheet from a Previous Week to the Current Time Sheet
Time sheets change every week depending on the tasks and jobs that employees work on. If you know that you or another employee will be working on the same jobs as a previous week, you can copy the time sheets for these jobs to the current week in Cost Entry. - Delete Time Sheet Entries
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can delete your or another employee's time sheet entries in Cost Entry. You cannot delete approved time sheet entries. - Delete Time Sheet Lines with No Data
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can delete your or another employee's time sheet lines that do not contain data in Cost Entry.
