Copy Time Sheet from a Previous Week to Your Current Time Sheet
Time sheets change every week, depending on the tasks and jobs you work on. If you know that you will be working on the same jobs as a previous week, you can copy the time sheet for these jobs to the current week.
Note: To complete this task, you must have access to
Finance & Administration and
Time & Expense as defined in the Employee Cross-Company submodule under
Settings.
Note: In WorkBook, holidays are based on the holiday calendar of the company to which you belong. On time sheets, public holidays are indicated by the
icon, while vacations or paid time off taken by the employee are indicated by the
icon.
To copy a time sheet from a previous week to the current time sheet:
- On the main toolbar, click Time & Expense .
- In the left navigation pane, click .
- On the grid toolbar, select the Weekly or Daily tab.
- On the grid toolbar, click Show More Options and click Copy Time Sheet from a Previous Week to Current Time Sheet.
- In the Select Week dialog box, select the date that contains the time sheet that you want to copy and click OK.
