Enable Time Entry Approver Roles as Secondary Approvers

Use Time Entry Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to enable time entry approver roles as secondary approvers.

To use Time Entry Approval you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable a time entry approver role as a secondary approver:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the time entry approver role that you want to enable as a secondary approver.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Time Entry Approval.
  4. Highlight the time entry approver role that you want to enable as a secondary approver and select the Secondary check box.
    Note: The enabled secondary approver can only approve a time entry after the primary approver has approved the time entry.
