Display the Contact Card from Clients and Prospects List

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can display the contact card from Clients & Prospects List in CRM.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To display the contact card from Clients & Prospects List:

1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
2. In the left navigation pane, click Clients & Prospects List.
3. In the grid, select a prospect or client.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Show/Hide Prospect Card to display the prospect card, if it is not already displayed.
5. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Contacts .
6. In the prospect card grid, click a contact's initials or picture to display the contact card.
   Alternatively, you can click Toggle Resource Card on the top toolbar of the prospect card to display the contact card.
