Delete Contacts from Subscriptions

Use the Agreement tab under the Subscriptions submodule to delete a contact from selected subscriptions.

To use the Subscriptions submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a contact from a subscription:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company from which you want to delete subscription contacts.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the subscription that you want to delete a contact from.
  5. Click the Agreement tab and click the Contacts tab.
  6. Highlight the contact that you want to delete and click Delete contact .
  7. In the Deactivate contact dialog box, you can reassign to another contact the prospect activities, job contact responsibilities, and conversations of the contact that you want to delete.
  8. Click OK.
