Get Deep Links to Comments in Project Conversations

Use the Project Settings option under the Jobs List submodule to get deep links to comments in project conversations.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To get the deep link to a comment in a project conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the job that is associated with the project conversation that contains the comment that you want to get the deep link to.
4. Click Further Options and select View Project Settings.
5. In the Project Settings dialog box, click the Project Conversation tab.
   WorkBook displays the project conversation threads in the left pane and the comments on the selected conversation in the right pane.
6. In the left pane, highlight the project whose conversation contains the comment that you want to get the deep link to.
7. Hover over the comment whose deep link you want to get and click Get Deep Link to this Comment .
   Alternatively, right-click on the comment and select Get Deep Link to this Comment from the menu.
8. In the Conversation Deep Link dialog box, click Copy Link to Clipboard.
   Note: Only users who have access to WorkBook can open the link.
