Search for Comments in Material Entry Conversations

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to search for comments in material entry conversations.

To use the Material Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for comment in a material entry conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation with the comment that you are looking for and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
4. Hover over the comments and use the Search comments field to enter a keyword associated with the comment.
