User Access Rights

Use User Access Rights under Settings to configure and determine what roles will be given which access rights to the different modules of WorkBook. You can add, delete, edit, export, and import access roles. You can also change user types and access roles, enable and disable requests, and generate and invalidate API keys for selected users.

Note: Only users with admin access can see this module's menu items and add new users to the system.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

• User Access Setup: On this tab, you can add, delete, edit, export, and import access roles. You can also copy access rights from the selected access role.
• Resource Setup: On this tab, you can change the user type and access role of the selected user.
• Access Role Requests: On this tab, you can enable and disable requests for the selected access roles.
• API Key Setup: On this tab, you can generate and invalidate API keys for selected users.
