Add New Client Defined Materials

Use the Material Types submodule to add new client defined materials.

To use Material Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new client defined material:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new client defined material
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Material Types.
4. Click the Client Defined Material Price List tab and in the middle pane, highlight the client defined material price list that you want to add a new material to.
5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Add new material group .
6. In the Select Materials to Add dialog box, select at least one material from the drop-down list and click OK.
7. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on them.
