Set Payment Methods to be Always Available on Credit Notes

Use the Payment Methods for Sales Invoices submodule to set payment methods to be always available on credit notes.

To use the Payment Methods for Sales Invoices submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To set a selected payment method to be always available on credit notes:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the payment method that you want to set to always be available on credit notes.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Payment Methods for Sales Invoices.
  4. Highlight the payment method that you want to set to always be on credit notes and select the Always on credit notes check box.
  5. If you want to remove a payment method from the credit notes, unselect the Always on credit notes check box.
