Company Variable 19: When Closing a Job (Directly or Through a Final Invoice), and a Write Down Will Occur, Do Not Show the Job Closure Adjustment Dialog If No Approvers Are Required

Use this Company Variable to determine if the Job Closure Adjustment dialog should be displayed when closing jobs with no required approvers.

You can select one of the following options for this setting:

• 0 - Always show
• 1 - Do not show if no approval is required
• 2 - Do not show for internal jobs, if no approval is required

The default value of this Company Variable is 0 - Always show.

If the default value is selected, the Job Closure Adjustment dialog box displays when you change the Job Status to 4 - Invoiced in Jobs > Job Properties Sidebar > Basic Job Settings.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying Company Variable values.
