Delete Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to delete pipeline lost reasons.

To use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a pipeline lost reason.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  4. Highlight the pipeline lost reason that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Lost Reason .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the pipeline lost reason immediately.
