Pipeline Activity Categories

Use Pipeline Activity Categories under Settings to configure activity categories. In WorkBook, activity categories can be used to further group activities. You can add and remove pipeline activity categories. You can also assign activity categories to activity types in Settings > CRM Setup > Pipeline Activity Types.

To use the Pipeline Activity Categories submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can use pipeline activity categories in CRM > All Activities > Prospect Card > Activities and in CRM > All Activities > Pipeline Card > Pipeline Resource Activities.
