System Variable 1117: Create New Conversation Setting: Allow Adding an Entire Company

Use this System Variable to add all employees of a company to new conversations on jobs, resources (except employees), and other entities in WorkBook. This is useful if you want all employees of a company to have access to new conversations. You can also add employees in a different company to the conversations in cases where the conversations are relevant to them.

For example, if you are creating a new project, resource, or prospect conversation in Company A and you want to add all employees in Company B to the conversation, you can use this System Variable to add all employees of Company B to that conversation.

Company employees who do not have the required access to resources, jobs, or prospects will still be unable to join the conversations even if you added all employees of that company to those conversations.
