Get Deep Links of Comments in Debtor Conversations

Use the Debtor Conversation tab under the Debtor Lst submodule to get the deep link of comments in conversations with selected debtors.

To use Debtor List in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To get the deep link of a comment in a debtor conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the debtor conversation comments for which you want to get the deep link.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Debtor List.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor that has the comment whose deep link you want to get.
5. Click the Debtor Conversation tab.
6. Hover over the comment for which you want to get the deep link and click Get Deep Link to this Comment .
   Alternatively, right-click on the comment and click Comment Options > Get Deep Link to this Comment.
7. In the Conversation Deep Link dialog box, click Copy Link to Clipboard.
   Note: Only users who have access to WorkBook can open the link.
