Get Deep Links of Comments in Debtor Conversations

Use the Debtor conversation tab under the Debtor list submodule to get the deeplink of comments in conversations with selected debtors.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To get the deep link of a comment in a debtor conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor conversation comments that you want to get the deep link of.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor with the comment that you want to get the deeplink of.
5. Click the Debtor conversation tab.
6. Hover over the comment that you want to get the deep link of and click Get deep link to this comment .
   Alternatively, right click on the comment and click Comment options > Get deep link to this comment.
7. In the Conversation deep link dialog box, click Copy link to clipboard.
   Note: Only users with access to WorkBook can open the link.
