Enable Active Status of Mileage Rates

Use the Mileage Types submodule to enable the active status of mileage rates.

To use Mileage Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a mileage rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the mileage rate that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Mileage Types.
4. Click the Standard Mileage List tab.
5. Highlight the mileage rate that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
   Note: You must completely fill out the fields of a mileage rate before enabling its active status.
