Settle a Purchase Order

Use Purchase Orders under the Creditors submodule under Finance & Administration to settle Purchase Orders that are in Status-40 (Approved) or Status-70 (Ordered).

To use Purchase Orders in the Finance & Administration submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To settle a purchase order:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the Purchase Orders (POs) that you want to settle.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Creditors > Purchase Orders.
  4. In the top grid, select the PO that you want to settle. You can select multiple POs.
  5. On the grid header, click Settle Selected Purchase Orders .
  6. When WorkBook asks if you want to settle the selected PO(s), click Yes.
