Display Expired Subscriptions

Use the List tab under the Subscriptions submodule to display expired subscriptions.

To use the Subscriptions submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display expired subscriptions:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to display expired subscriptions.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
4. Click the List tab and select the Show expired check box.
5. If you want to hide the expired subscriptions again, deselect the Show expired check box.
