SAF-T Import/Export

The Danish Bookkeeping Act requires businesses to import and export Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T) files. The SAF-T format is a standardized electronic file format for the exchange of accounting data with tax authorities. By mandating businesses to use SAF-T files for import and export, the Danish Business Authority aims to streamline audits, reduce errors in reporting, and enhance the overall accuracy and timeliness of tax information.

Use SAF-T Import/Export in the Finance submodule in the Settings module o generate a SAF-T file in XML format, export a Danish Company's basic information in SAF-T file format, and import a SAF-T file from other bookkeeping systems to WorkBook.

To use SAF-T Import/Export, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
