Download Files as ZIP from Job Document Folders

Use the Docs submodule to download files as ZIP from document folders of selected jobs.

To use Docs, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To download a file as ZIP from a job document folder:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the document file that you want to download as ZIP.
3. On the side toolbar, click Docs.
4. In the left pane, highlight the folder with the document file that you want to download as ZIP.
5. In the right pane, highlight the file that you want to download and click Download as ZIP .
   Alternatively, right click on the file that you want to download and select Download file as ZIP.
   WorkBook downloads the file to your computer.
