Enable Profile Types for Specific Resource Types

Use Resource Profiles in the Clients & Resources submodule in the Settings module to enable profile types for specific resource types.

To use Resource Profiles in the Clients & Resources submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable a resource profile type for specific resource types:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the resource profile type that you want to enable for specific resource types.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Clients & Resources > Resource Profiles.
4. Highlight the resource profile type that you want to enable, and select the check box of the applicable resource type.
