Search for Standard Phase Texts

Use the Standard Phase Texts submodule to search for standard phase texts.

To use the Standard Phase Texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a standard phase text:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the standard phase text that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Standard Phase Texts.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the standard phase text.
