Display Summary Tab Options of Debtor Invoices

Use the Show expenditure amounts option under the Debtor invoices submodule to display the options available on the Summary tab of selected debtor invoices.

To use the Debtor Invoices submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display the summary tab options of a debtor invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor invoice summary tab options that you want to display.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor invoices.
  4. Click Show expenditure amounts .
    Note: This action is available on the Approved tab and the Jobs ready for invoicing tab.
  5. In the Show expenditure amounts sub-grid, click the Summary tab and click View options .
  6. In the View options dialog box, select any of the options, as applicable.
  7. Click to close the View options dialog box.
