Restrict Employees' Absence Details (Company Variable 70)
Use the Company Variables submodule to restrict employees' absence details for a company.
To use the Company Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To restrict employees' absence details for a company:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left navigation pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the company variable that you want to modify.
- In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click .
- In the middle pane, click Employee Holiday.
- In the right pane, select the Restrict Absence Details check box.
