Add New Attributes to Subscriptions

Use the Agreement tab under the Subscriptions submodule to add a new attribute to selected subscriptions.

To use the Subscriptions submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new attribute to a subscription:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company to which you want to add subscription attributes.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the subscription that you want to add a new attribute to.
  5. Click the Agreement tab.
  6. Click the Attributes tab and click Add attribute .
  7. In the Add attribute dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the attribute that you want to add and click OK.
